In this heartfelt kapitel, Dovid HaMelech cries out from the depths of a long and painful galus, asking Hashem how much longer His face will be hidden and how long the enemy will triumph. He begs Hashem to enlighten his eyes and answer his tefillos before his adversaries can rejoice in his downfall. Ultimately, Dovid HaMelech strengthens himself with pure emunah, declaring that he trusts in Hashem's loving-kindness and will sing to Him in joy when the yeshuah arrives.
