In this beautiful kapitel, Dovid HaMelech calls upon the entire creation to sing praises to Hashem, starting from the highest heavens with the malachim, the sun, moon, and stars, and descending to the earth below with the oceans, stormy winds, mountains, and all living creatures. Every single creation, from the greatest kings to the youngest children, is urged to praise Hashem's exalted Name, for He established them forever and set their boundaries. Ultimately, the crown of this praise belongs to Klal Yisrael, His close nation, whose horn He raises in glory. הַלְלוּ יָהּ הַלְלוּ אֶת־יְהוָה מִן־הַשָּׁמַיִם הַלְלוּהוּ בַּמְּרוֹמִים׃
הַלְלוּהוּ כָל־מַלְאָכָיו הַלְלוּהוּ כָּל־צבאו [צְבָאָיו׃]
הַלְלוּהוּ שֶׁמֶשׁ וְיָרֵחַ הַלְלוּהוּ כָּל־כּוֹכְבֵי אוֹר׃
הַלְלוּהוּ שְׁמֵי הַשָּׁמָיִם וְהַמַּיִם אֲשֶׁר מֵעַל הַשָּׁמָיִם׃
יְהַלְלוּ אֶת־שֵׁם יְהוָה כִּי הוּא צִוָּה וְנִבְרָאוּ׃

וַיָּרֶם קֶרֶן לְעַמּוֹ תְּהִלָּה לְכָל־חֲסִידָיו לִבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל עַם־קְרֹבוֹ הַלְלוּ־יָהּ׃
